Chris Pratt and Anna Faris’s Former Hollywood Hills Home Sells - Yahoo News

The highly publicized divorce of Chris Pratt and Anna Faris was finalized in 2018, but the former spouses are just now closing that chapter of their lives. They recently sold off their Hollywood Hills marital home for $4.75 million, according to the Los Angeles Times, after it spent nearly two years on the market.

The Mediterranean-style mansion, which they purchased together for $3.3 million in 2013, was where they spent the bulk of their marriage, raising their young son Jack. Originally built back in 1979, the home still retains much of its original styling and architecture—wood-beam ceilings and arched doorways—though Pratt and Faris substantially updated it under their ownership. There are a total of four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms spread out across 4,700 square feet, with a wood-paneled den, an upgraded kitchen, and a home office all featuring prominently in the house’s listing. A wraparound wet bar in the den makes it a particularly cozy space for intimate gatherings.

The main suite is cavernous, with a sitting area, large glass doors that slide out onto a private balcony, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. The en suite bathroom features a double vanity, a Jacuzzi-style deep-soaking tub, and views of the backyard. Incidentally, the true highlight of the property is undoubtedly the outdoor space, which boasts multiple covered patios, a saltwater swimming pool and spa, a full outdoor kitchen, a firepit, an enclosed pavilion used as a gym, and a lighted tennis court.

Since the split, Faris, who recently announced she was leaving her role on the CBS sitcom Mom, has purchased a new sustainably designed house in Pacific Palisades for $4.9 million. She became engaged to cinematographer Michael Barrett earlier this year. Pratt, meanwhile, married Katherine Schwarzenegger in 2019 and welcomed a child with her just last month. It is not entirely clear where they live at present, but it was reported in 2019 that Pratt purchased an unfinished mansion in Pacific Palisades for $15.6 million and was renovating it.
