A controlled glass explosion gone wrong while filming Adam McKay's Netflix comedy has temporarily suspended production.

A controlled glass explosion that went wrong during filming on the Boston set of Adam McKay’s Netflix comedy Don't Look Up has left star Jennifer Lawrence with minor injuries, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

Lawrence was shooting a scene with co-star Timothée Chalamet when the stunt sent shards of glass flying.

Don't Look Up stars Lawrence and Leonardo DiCaprio as low-level scientists who, upon discovering that a meteor will strike the Earth in six months, go on a media tour to try to warn the world, only to find an unreceptive and unbelieving populace.

Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill and Cate Blanchett round out the main cast of the star-studded flick.

Production on Don't Look Up was temporarily suspended on Friday, but Lawrence is expected to return to the film set on Monday.

McKay is also producing via his label, Hyperobject, along with partner Kevin Messick. TMZ first reported the movie set incident.
